• This is the only visitor to call when you need help! Our awning got damaged 3 weeks ago and I knew who to call for having it replaced, four Points! Juan was beyond helpful, informative with my options and then prompt with correspondence. We are having ridiculously hot temps here in AZ and he recommended an alternate brand of awning that would go far faster, it arrived 6 days after he ordered information technology. Jesus and Juan came out today, at 2pm afterwards doing a large chore before in the solar day, and they endured 114° in the direct lord's day for over two hours to install our new awning. They arrived the side by side day at Fri 3pm, jacked upwardly our 42 ft fifth bicycle on-site and removed the tires for off-site replacement and balancing. The converter was having issues, smelled of melted plastic and was hot to the bear upon, kept tripping when the AC came on. Juan answered the telephone, advised that he was booked for several days (which I tin can totally empathize in AZ during snowbird flavour), schedule and appointment for Tuesday 11/15 at 2:00. He called that afternoon and said he would be a few minutes early, he arrived, listened to my concerns, went through some troubleshooting steps and then completed the repairs. He was courteous, explained everything fully, was helpful with advice on how to do some things more efficiently than we were doing them and the price was across reasonable. • Arrived in Mesa for snowbird flavour and my refrigerator died. I went on line to check reviews and Juan had the best reviews and then I called him. I explained my issue on the phone and he was very kind and listened to what I had to say. He told me that he could not become to me for ii days because of other customers and I totally understand due to all of the snowbirds flocking hither for winter.

This review is more most his character than his work, although both are excellent. Juan was sent to me past an RV wash company whose worker stepped on my bath skylight requiring replacement. He called me to talk most the job and said he'd be past sometime to measure the skylight. Well, he showed up a couple of days later...on a Sunday...in church attire...with his family. To mensurate. He didn't have to exercise that just he did. When he finally got the skylight, he came back to install it...after he already worked ten hrs...in the dark. Oh yeah...he has a habit of showing upwards on time to do the piece of work. Since information technology was dark, I was not going to climb on to the roof of my coach. So Juan took a picture of his work, explained the work he did, and showed how it looked. I was impressed. Really impressed. Needless to say he became my become-to guy, and remains so, when I accept a problem with my coach. Admittedly recommend. I'm a full time RVer wintering in the East Valley.

• Juan the owner introduced himself to me and to the other guy working with him also Juan. Yeah two Juan'south in 1 truck, who knew. LOL. They worked for most two hours on the generator and A/c and brought two batteries for my generator. I asked newbie questions and Juan number 1 was very kind as he explained things to me. He got the generator started up and at start idea that in that location might be a leak in it but afterward he worked on information technology constitute that in that location was not problems with the generator. • Mobile RV Service
  I needed a mobile RV Service to come up to me and repair hot h2o heater, set up a leak in ane of the lines coming from hot water heater and service two Air conditioning units. I called 4 Points RV Service and Juan came out on June 2, 2015 and repaired the hot h2o heater and serviced the Air-conditioning's. I am very pleased with the work that Juan did and the time that he completed it. The cost of the work was very reasonable. I gave 4 Points RV Service a 5 star rating, they deserve it.
